A Georgian estate with 50 acres of gardens, parkland, woodland and pasture close to Bideford in North Devon.

Hallsannery has a range of meeting rooms with full AV facilities and is available for meetings and small conferences in a unique setting.

Hallsannery offers a wide range of taught, non-residential,  environmental education courses tailored to individual group requirements. A-level Biology and A-level Geography field work is a speciality, using the unrivalled local resources of the Braunton Burrows UNESCO Biosphere reserve.
Educational visits to the estate are also available free of charge through the DEFRA Countryside Stewardship Scheme.

Two flats in the Coach House at the rear of the main house, plus the Gardener's Cottage are now available for holiday rentals.

Hallsannery is also the venue for a wide range of events including writing courses , life coaching, and courses for people living with ME- see our 'what's on in 2008' page for more details...
