This will be a fun day of eating without heating - juicing, blending,
sprouting and dehydrating! An introduction to the joy and wisdom of
eating superfoods, raw foods and living foods and the surprising benefits to be gained.
The course is run by Lisa Sture who has been eating higher percentages of raw food for 7 years and went 100% raw just over 1 year ago. She had been suffering from incredible stiffness in the mornings, lack of energy and poor memory - all of which have disappeared or dramatically improved. She has also lost over 35lbs in weight!
