Learn how to grow your own unusual salad and herb selection, producing a tasty and healthy variety over the year from a small area. We will sample produce over lunch.
Focus on a range of culinary herbs and plan for winter production over some herb teas, leaving with inspiration for the season ahead.
Sally has run Welcombe Country Herbs for over 20 years and has great experience at producing nutritious salads throughout the year.
