Education
Hallsannery offers a wide range of taught, non-residential, environmental education courses tailored to individual group requirements.
A-level Biology and
A-level Geography field work is a speciality, using the
unrivalled local resources of the Braunton Burrows
UNESCO Biosphere reserve.
Hallsannery is working closely with
Skern Lodge
who now offer residential Geography courses at all levels.
Educational visits to the estate may also available free of charge through the DEFRA Countryside Stewardship Scheme.
Course content and design
All
taught day courses have specific learning outcomes which relate directly to
syllabuses. Detailed course content and programme is decided
in conjunction with visiting staff to ensure that all requirements
are met.
